หลังจากที่ทำการเพิ่ม VirtualHost แล้ว จะต้องสั่งให้ Apache ทำการ restart service เมื่อทำแล้วปรากฎว่ามี error

ตาม error น่าจะดูเหมือนว่ามีการเรียกใช้งาน port หรือ socket ซ้ำซ้อนกัน ซึ่ง error เดียวกันนี้มักเกิดจากการเรียกใช้งานของโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ เช่น Skype ที่เป็นโปรแกรมประเภท Soff Phone (VOIP) หรือโปรแกรม web server อื่น ๆ เช่น IIS ซึ่งวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาก็คือเปลี่ยนการใช้งาน port โดยแก้ในไฟล์ httpd.conf ตรงส่วนของ listen ครับ

แต่ปัญหาที่ผมเจอไม่น่าจะเป็นสาเหตุดังกล่าว และไม่ใช่การทำงานของ Firewall ที่มา block ด้วย หากเราใช้วิธี Control Server by Manual เราจะเจอ error แบบข้างบนครับ แต่หากเราใช้วิธี restart ผ่าน Control Server by Service ก็จะยังเจอ error ข้างล่างนี้ครับ

สรุปวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวเกิดจาก UAC หรือ User Account Control ของระบบ vista 64 bit ครับ วิธีปิดก็เข้าที่ Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off จากนั้นจะมีหน้าต่างขึ้นมาให้ติ๊ก Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer ออกครับ

จากนั้น restart รอบนึงจะสามารถเรียกใช้งาน command line บน Apache 2.2 โดยไม่มี error อีกเลยครับ
